At SOPUNG, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality food and service. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to order cancellations, changes, and refunds.

Takeout Orders

  • Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, all takeout orders are final once preparation has begun.

  • Refunds or credits may be considered if there is an issue with your order caused by an error on our part.

  • Any concerns regarding takeout orders must be reported as soon as possible after pickup.

Catering Orders

  • Catering orders may require advance notice and preparation.

  • Cancellation or change requests must be submitted in advance.

  • Refund eligibility for catering orders depends on the timing of the cancellation and the status of preparation.

  • Deposits for catering services may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances.

Order Changes

  • Requests to modify an order (menu items, quantity, date, or time) are subject to availability and approval.

  • SOPUNG cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed.

No-Show & Late Pickup

  • Orders not picked up at the agreed time may not be eligible for a refund.

  • SOPUNG is not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed pickup.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Changes or cancellations to orders must be communicated as early as possible.

  • Cancellation policies for catering orders may vary depending on order size and preparation status.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences

While we do our best to accommodate dietary requests, refunds will not be issued for allergy-related issues if they were not communicated clearly at the time of ordering.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as a store credit, at SOPUNG’s discretion.
